Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Owner Tools. Our core maintenance plan is free, so you can try the product before you ever pay. If a paid plan isn't right for you, here's how refunds work.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a paid plan (Plus or Pro), you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Just email hello@owner.toolsfrom the address on your account and we'll take care of it — no complicated hoops.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings to stop future charges; cancellation keeps your plan active through the end of the current paid period. If a renewal charges you unexpectedly, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we'll review a refund. We generally don't refund partially used periods after that window, but we'll always consider fair, case-by-case requests.

How refunds are processed

Payments for Owner Tools are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method. Once processed, it typically takes a few business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. You may also contact Paddle directly via the receipt they email you for each payment.

Taxes

Where applicable, taxes collected at checkout are refunded together with the refunded amount in accordance with the rules of your jurisdiction.

Statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to — and does not limit — any mandatory refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer laws of your country of residence (for example, EU/UK withdrawal rights).

How to request a refund

  • Email hello@owner.tools from the email address associated with your account.
  • Include your name and, if you have it, the Paddle receipt or order number from your purchase confirmation.
  • Tell us briefly what went wrong — your feedback genuinely helps us improve.

We aim to respond to every refund request within a few business days.
